1. About The Magic Patch

The Magic Patch® is a cosmetic blemish patch made with premium hydrocolloid and Centella asiatica extract.

The product is designed to cover and protect blemishes while the hydrocolloid absorbs excess fluid from the area. Centella asiatica extract is included for its soothing and skin-conditioning properties.

The Magic Patch is a cosmetic product. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Information provided on our website, social media channels, product packaging or other communications is for general information only and should not be considered medical advice.

2. Using The Magic Patch

Always follow the instructions supplied with the product.

The Magic Patch is for external use only.

Apply to clean, dry skin and discontinue use if irritation, discomfort or another adverse reaction occurs.

If you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin, we recommend carrying out a patch test before use.

If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are using prescription skincare or medication, or have concerns about whether the product is appropriate for you, please speak to a doctor, pharmacist or dermatologist before use.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Acceptance of your order takes place when your order is confirmed and processed by us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

a product is unavailable;
there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error;
payment cannot be authorised;
fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected; or
we are unable to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
