We want getting your Magic Patch to be as easy as using one.

UK DELIVERY

Orders are delivered using Royal Mail.

Delivery usually takes approximately 2–3 working days, although delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays or periods of unusually high demand.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £30.

For orders below £30, the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment or dispatch process.

DELAYED ORDERS

Occasionally deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its expected delivery date, please contact us with your order number so that we can help investigate.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact us at info@themagicpatch.co.uk.

Please include your order number and any relevant photographs if the parcel or products have arrived damaged.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Available delivery destinations and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

International deliveries may be subject to local taxes, duties or customs charges depending on the destination. Where applicable, these may be the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
